Officer IT Operations Management

The IT Operations Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of IT systems and services. This role ensures that IT operations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. The officer will manage operational processes, monitor system performance, and support the implementation of IT strategies and projects. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. 
• Office environment with possible on-call responsibilities for critical incidents and support
• May require occasional travel to other company locations or data centres.
